Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through slabcity.cards, operated by Slab City Games ("we", "us", "our").

All Sales Are Final

All purchases on Slab City — including the premium upgrade and cosmetic skins — are for digital goods that are delivered immediately upon payment. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly, and you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or cancellation.

What You're Purchasing

• Premium Upgrade — A one-time purchase that permanently unlocks additional game features
• Cosmetic Skins — One-time purchases that unlock alternate card themes

All purchases are clearly described before checkout. Prices are displayed in USD and processed securely by Stripe.

Exceptions

In rare cases — such as accidental duplicate charges or technical errors that prevent delivery of the purchased product — we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@slabcity.cards with your account email and a description of the issue.
